First, it is a young firm: the business only started in 2023, so it has a short track record through a full MCA default-and-litigation cycle. Second, the negative pattern is on conduct: BBB and Trustpilot complaints describe robo-dialer calls that continue after opt-out, refund requests denied as already 'used for attorneys', and at least one client whose questions about lender contact went unanswered after four months of payments. Owners who proceed should require milestone-based fee disbursement, the right to refund unused retainer if work has not begun, and written confirmation of removal from all calling lists.
